Sales Consultation - Stevens Office Interiors offers a fully trained staff of sales consultants whose primary goal is to meet the client's business needs from a work environment perspective.  
   

Space Planning and Design - From one private office to 400+ workstations, the Stevens design staff provides creative and functional solutions based on the client's goals. We help you to make the most of your space and furniture assets. Stevens Office Interiors employs a trained, experienced design staff that utilizes automation tools to perform space planning and technical specification, programming and adjacency studies, and scheduling and budgeting.

 
   
Project Management - An experienced Project Manager is assigned to every project. It is their job to plan and coordinate the many details involved; conduct site visits and evaluate special conditions, arranges delivery and installation schedules, coordinate with other trades people and facility management, act as the primary contact with client for project status, and ensures punch list completion.  
   
Asset Management and Storage - At Stevens we understand the importance of managing your office furniture investment. We can help extend the life of your furniture and keep it in service. Some of these services are, warranty repair services, cleaning, reupholstery, fabric protection, metal furniture painting, wood repair and refinishing, product appearance management and refurbishment, storage and inventory record keeping, and furniture liquidation.  
   
Move Management - Stevens is experienced in helping companies move individual departments or entire locations. A Stevens Project Manager plans the many steps involved and creates detailed schedules. We coordinate with all the participants and provide on site assistance during the move.  
   
Installation and Reconfiguration - Full time, factory trained installers will handle your newly purchased product. When changes in your organization require changes to the workplace, we can help as well. We can help you rearrange existing assets to meet the needs of your new environment. While we specialize in Steelcase, Stevens is experienced in the disassembly and re-assembly of most major manufacturer's systems furniture  
   
Leasing - In many situations, leasing provides an attractive alternative to buying. We can help with leasing programs from Steelcase Financial Services and other providers. Costs for space planning and installation can often be included in the lease.  
   
Furniture Rental - For short term furniture needs, Stevens can provide furniture on a rental basis, everything from desks, chairs, and tables to panel systems.
