space planning and technical specification, programming and adjacency
studies, and scheduling and budgeting. |

Management - An experienced Project Manager is assigned to every
project. It is their job to plan and coordinate the many details involved;
conduct site visits and evaluate special conditions, arranges delivery
and installation schedules, coordinate with other trades people and
facility management, act as the primary contact with client for project
status, and ensures punch list completion. |

Management and Storage - At Stevens we understand the importance
of managing your office furniture investment. We can help extend the
life of your furniture and keep it in service. Some of these services
are, warranty repair services, cleaning, reupholstery, fabric protection,
metal furniture painting, wood repair and refinishing, product appearance
management and refurbishment, storage and inventory record keeping,
and furniture liquidation. |
